Writing this log has really been enjoyable for me and really great to process and learn more details about the places we visited. I covered most of the things we saw / visited / experienced but I know there was more. It can’t be helped! As you visit a city, you can see and feel so many things - and in a city as rich in history and culture as St.Petersburg is, you see something amazing with every turn of the head. What a great city! And just so you know: it took about a week before my extremely limited Russian vocabulary stopped rushing through my dreams.

Leah Takata: Cy - this was truly impressive. Not just the sites and gorgeous places you visited, but the detailed way you wrote about it! And I definitely know what it feels like to be sitting in a room not understanding a word of what's going on...but somehow getting by with hand gestures and dictonaries! That was how i survived the first 6 months! Can't wait to chat on skype soon. Let me know when you are free this weekend!
